Everything we do is grounded in the PACE model—Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, and Empathy. Our in-house PACE trainers ensure that every member of staff receives PACE training when joining the organisation, so that children experience consistent, compassionate, and therapeutic care from the very first day.
